What a centering ring is for
A rim sits on the vehicle's hub journal, not on the bolts. If its hub bore is larger than the journal, the ring fills the difference and centers the wheel precisely. If it's missing, the wheel runs unevenly – noticeable as vibration in the steering wheel, usually from about 80 km/h.
Which ring you need
Two values are decisive: the outer diameter corresponds to the hub bore of your rim, the inner diameter to the hub journal of your vehicle. Both can be found in the rim's data sheet or measured with a caliper. Unsure? Tell us your vehicle and rim, and we'll tell you the right size.
